Shop Chikankari Kids Wear Handcrafted for Little Ones Who Deserve the Best
Most children's kurti options in the market are machine-made and built to be outgrown fast. A handcrafted Chikankari piece is a different story altogether. Soft fabrics, breathable weaves, and embroidery done on hand in Lucknow make a kids kurti that feels comfortable enough for a full day of play and special enough for festivals, family functions, and school events.
From first pujas to school annual days, House of Chikankari’s range has something for ages 2 to 10, with kurta sets, tops, and dresses hand-embroidered.
What Makes a Chikankari Kurti for Kids Worth Choosing
When shopping for a kurti for a girl child, fabric and comfort matter more than anything else. Children are constantly moving, and stiff or synthetic fabrics rarely hold up. Here is what sets the Chikankari range apart:
- Fabrics: Cotton, Muslin, and Chanderi are all lightweight and suited for Indian weather, keeping kids comfortable through long functions and warm afternoons
- Embroidery: Unlike machine embroidery that can feel rough against skin, hand-done Chikankari stitches sit flat and smooth on the fabric surface
- Sizes: The range runs from 2Y-3Y through 8Y-10Y, making the sizing intuitive for parents

Chikankari for Little Ones at House of Chikankari
Introducing children to handcrafted heritage does not need to wait for a special occasion. A kids' kurti in Chikankari works just as well at a Diwali puja as at a birthday party or a school cultural programme. Every piece in the kids' collection is hand-embroidered with the same care and artisan skill that goes into the adult range.
