A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.
All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.
Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.
No, we do not offer any product customisations, we have standard designs and sizes.
PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At HOC, we accept online payments and COD for orders under INR 7000. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.
We ship all our domestic orders via renowned services such as Delhivery and Bluedart. We do ship worldwide, and all our International orders are shipped via DHL.
We ship all your pieces together as soon as they are ready. Incase you receive only part shipment, please reach out to us on email@example.com and our customer care team will look into it as soon as possible.
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once. Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
