Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.
No, we do not offer any product customisations, we have standard designs and sizes.
PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At HOC, we accept online payments only. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.
Usually, orders are dispatched within 10 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and other factors such as colour customisation or delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

We ship all your pieces together as soon as they are ready. Incase you receive only part shipment, please reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care team will look into it as soon as possible.
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at email@example.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
