Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.
No, we do not offer any product customisations. We only offer colour customisations for certain products. If the colour is customisable for an outfit, this will be mentioned in the product description of its product page.
PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At HOC, we accept online payments only. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.
Usually, orders are dispatched within 3-14 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and other factors such as colour customisation or delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

We ship our pieces as soon as they are ready. We'd request you to wait until the given timeline of 14 days to receive the rest of the products and in case there is a delay beyond this timeframe, please reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at email@example.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
